What can we do for you?

General & Fabrication Services

SHEET METAL FABRICATION

Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, inconel, and titanium are some of the most common metals utilized in manufacturing. The gauge thicknesses range between .005”–1.000” thick.  Our approved supplier list can provide a wide range of military spec materials compliant to domestic and or DFARS requirements.

Sheet metal fabrication is a cost-effective option for flat, formed, or bent components catering to specialty industries including automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and robotics. Sheet metal fabrication provides shorter lead times and produces little material waste. B&H Precision offers a wide range of sheet metal fabrication services, including laser cutting, automated full-sheet punching, bending, forming, lite milling, and secondary operations such as tapping, chamfering, countersinking, and counterboring, TIG/MIG welding, spot-welding, assembly, metal finishing, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and heat treating.

METAL FINISHING AND SPECIAL PROCESS

B&H Precision Fabricators subcontracts all its metal finishing, NDT, and Heat Treating process work to an extensive approved list of commercial and NADCAP accredited suppliers. Our suppliers offer every type and class of finishes such as chemical film, anodize, passivate, powder coating, and wet paint. B&H strives to source a local supply chain to provide the shortest processing times.

WELDING

Our welders are certified in a wide range of welding procedures including both MIG and TIG.

Our services include:

  • Precision welding Aluminum, Steel, Stainless
  • Welding/Soldering nuts, studs, and other fasteners to precise metal components
  • Spotwelding
DESIGN FACILITATION

The moment you award B&H your job the Design Facilitation Department dissects it so that they can understand the actual step-by-step process of producing and completing the product.  The entire job is then placed into the B&H centralized NIST compliant computer system. Based on the job requirements, engineering will be able to make recommendations that can actually improve the quality of the product and/or reduce the overall production cost.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Once in the hands of the Production department, the actual manufacturing of the product begins. The Production Foreman and his team then oversee the flow of the job. Punching, cutting, bending, finishing, and shipping the product are all managed here.

SALES & ADMINISTRATION

The core of our Administration team offers over thirty years of committed, proven excellence in Customer Service. All communications, inquiries, bids, and jobs are managed in our custom, centralized tracking database. Questions concerning any phase or aspect of your order can be answered by your Account Representative quickly and efficiently. We take pride and care in every nuance of your special requirements throughout the entire process of each and every job.

Niche, vertical, and general manufacturing markets are supported by our inside sales and regional Sales Representatives. Our sales team has over sixty years in precision manufacturing.
